Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at MVP’s discretion.
